Kim E. Howard practices in the area of Tort and Insurance Litigation. More specifically, Kim concentrates her practice in the areas of construction/mold litigation, contract interpretation, premises liability, appellate work and matters involving the Interstate Land Sales Act. Kim is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

In law school, she was appointed as a student member of The Florida Bar’s section on Corporate Taxation. Prior to moving to Florida, Kim worked for an accounting firm in Chicago.


Kim is a member of Defense Research Institute, as well as the Lee County Bar, Lee County Women’s Bar and the Florida Defense Lawyers Associations. She is also a member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce.
