Kendra Brodin, Founder and CEO
Kendra’s work focuses on consulting, training, and the creation of products and services with the ultimate goal of reducing gender bias in the legal profession by increasing the attraction, retention, and advancement of women lawyers. With a powerful background as a social worker, lawyer, and consultant, Kendra supports women attorneys and their law firms.

Kendra provides consulting and coaching to law firms and individuals, as well as teaches a variety of Continuing Legal Education courses related to elimination of bias, ethics, and professional development. Kendra educates, motivates, and inspires with a mix of wisdom, wit, strategic thinking and deep insight. She holds three degrees with honors, including a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Law Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law. She received coaching training through The Institute for Life Coach Training.

Kendra is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is also an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and both its Life & the Law Committee and Women in the Legal Profession Committee. She is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Ramsey County Bar Asssociation. Kendra serves on the Board of Trustess of the Mission Investment Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, as well as in several other volunteer capacities in her community.
